i can never forget the summer in 1996. i went through an extremity of despair due to my failure in the national college entrance examination. it seemed that my dream of being a university student would never come true. one evening my father came and told me the story of steven callahan, who was crossing the atlantic alone in his sailboat when it struck something and sank. it was a miracle that he survived and was found 76 days later(the longest anyone has survived a shipwreck on a life raft alone). later in his narrative he wrote these sentences “i tell myself i can handle it .compared to what others have been through i’m fortunate”.

hearing these sentences i felt something important struck me. i belived my life would mot be that bad and it was proved to be true. later during my study in the university i always told myself “i can handle it” when my own goals seemed far off or when my problems seemed too overwhelming and every time i said it ,i always came back to my senses.

now i work as an english teacher in a middle school. whenever my students complain about their difficulties in study or want to give up, i will tell the same story of callahan to them. i just want to make them believe they can handle their difficulties because their circumstances are only bad compared to something better. but others have been through much worse. then they will build up fortitude.

2、多聽(tīng)、多看、多想、多做、少說(shuō)

我們到公司工作以后，要知道自己能否勝任這份工作，關(guān)鍵是看你自己對(duì)待工作的態(tài)度。態(tài)度對(duì)了，即使自己以前沒(méi)學(xué)過(guò)的知識(shí)也可以在工作中逐漸的掌握。態(tài)度不好，就算自己有知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)也不會(huì)把工作做好，我剛到這個(gè)崗位工作，根本不清楚該做些什么，剛開(kāi)始我覺(jué)得很頭痛，可經(jīng)過(guò)工作過(guò)程中多看別人怎樣做，多聽(tīng)別人怎樣說(shuō)，多想自己應(yīng)該怎樣做，然后自己親自動(dòng)手去多做，終于在短短幾天里對(duì)工作有了一個(gè)較系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)識(shí)，慢慢的自己也可以完成相關(guān)的工作了，光用嘴巴去說(shuō)是不行的，所以，我們今后不管干什么都要端正自己的態(tài)度，這樣才能把事情做好。

3、少埋怨

有的人會(huì)覺(jué)得公司這里不好那里不好，同事也不好相處工作也不如愿，經(jīng)常埋怨，這樣只會(huì)影響自己的工作情緒，不但做不好工作，還增加了自己的壓力，所以，我們應(yīng)該少埋怨，要看到公司好的一面，對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題應(yīng)該想辦法去解決而不是去埋怨，這樣才能保持工作的激情。

在這次實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中，我們碰到很多問(wèn)題，有的是我們懂得的，也有很多是我們不懂的，不懂的東西我們要虛心向同事或領(lǐng)導(dǎo)請(qǐng)教，當(dāng)別人教我們知識(shí)的時(shí)候，我們也應(yīng)該虛心的接受，不要認(rèn)為自己懂得一點(diǎn)雞毛蒜皮就飄飄然。

5、錯(cuò)不可怕，就怕一錯(cuò)再錯(cuò)

經(jīng)過(guò)這次實(shí)習(xí)，我從中學(xué)到了很多課本沒(méi)有的東西，在就業(yè)心態(tài)上我也有很大改變，以前我總想找一份適合自己愛(ài)好，專業(yè)對(duì)口的工作，可現(xiàn)在我知道找工作很難，要專業(yè)對(duì)口更難，很多東西我們初到社會(huì)才接觸。所以我現(xiàn)在不能再像以前那樣等待更好機(jī)會(huì)的到來(lái)。應(yīng)盡快丟掉對(duì)學(xué)校的依賴心理，學(xué)會(huì)在社會(huì)上獨(dú)立，敢于參加與社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，敢于承受社會(huì)壓力，使自己能夠在社會(huì)上快速成長(zhǎng)。再就是時(shí)常要保持一顆學(xué)習(xí)、思考的心。作為一位大學(xué)生，最重要的就是自己學(xué)習(xí)和思考的能力。在企業(yè)這樣一個(gè)新環(huán)境中，由我們很多值得學(xué)習(xí)、值得思考的地方，這就需要自己保持一顆學(xué)習(xí)、思考的心。首先在技術(shù)方面，要刻苦的補(bǔ)充自己的不足，認(rèn)真地對(duì)待工作，時(shí)時(shí)刻刻的思考和學(xué)習(xí)。同時(shí)，在企業(yè)的環(huán)境中，更要注重學(xué)習(xí)
