看了張?jiān)吹暮?jiǎn)歷，對(duì)于其目前的狀況、做過(guò)些什么、能做些什么、有些什么能力和特長(zhǎng)沒(méi)有任何概念，但通過(guò)與她的交流，得知其人與所應(yīng)聘的職位其實(shí)是非常匹配的，職位所要求的任職資格“qualifications”她都具備：

雖然張?jiān)淳邆淞艘陨下毼粡V告中提出的任職資格，但在簡(jiǎn)歷中卻未能夠突顯出來(lái)，因此，這樣一份簡(jiǎn)歷不能夠吸引招聘人員的眼球，很可能第一關(guān)就被淘汰出局了。這份英文簡(jiǎn)歷非常不專業(yè)，顯得很幼稚，出現(xiàn)了很多錯(cuò)誤：

①撰寫(xiě)英文簡(jiǎn)歷，要遵循“user-friendly”原則，要處處替簡(jiǎn)歷閱讀者著想，為對(duì)方創(chuàng)造便利。hr每天要給數(shù)十名候選人打電話約見(jiàn)面試，手機(jī)號(hào)碼的寫(xiě)法需規(guī)范，這份簡(jiǎn)歷遵循了4－3－4的原則，方便撥打。但忽略固定電話則不應(yīng)該。另外，還應(yīng)該增加聯(lián)系地址信息。（若是跨城市找工作，沒(méi)有當(dāng)?shù)芈?lián)系地址，則不寫(xiě)地址信息：因?yàn)槿舨皇羌毙枞瞬?，用人單位可能?huì)考慮到交通成本問(wèn)題而不給面試機(jī)會(huì)。）

②③④⑤是求職意向。這份英文簡(jiǎn)歷寫(xiě)成這樣，很明顯是在海投，沒(méi)有度身定制。②表明求職者正在找全職工作。③期望行業(yè)，建議一份簡(jiǎn)歷只寫(xiě)一種，不要出現(xiàn)“etc”（等等）字眼，更何況出現(xiàn)拼寫(xiě)錯(cuò)誤。④若非跨地區(qū)求職，可不必特別注明期望地點(diǎn)，若是大型跨國(guó)公司，可以注明一下，用人單位會(huì)盡量考慮你的期望。⑤“negotiable”（薪酬可議）這句話相當(dāng)于沒(méi)寫(xiě)。顯然，這是受到一些在線簡(jiǎn)歷模版的影響，若是定制個(gè)性化英文簡(jiǎn)歷，建議不要采用這些簡(jiǎn)歷模板，而應(yīng)取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短。

⑧所獲榮譽(yù)部分出現(xiàn)了拼寫(xiě)錯(cuò)誤。如“activities”容易拼錯(cuò)，“top10literaturalpace-setter”我想求職者可能是指“十佳標(biāo)兵”，但此處“l(fā)iteratural”是杜撰的詞語(yǔ)，想說(shuō)得簡(jiǎn)單點(diǎn)，可用“top10beststudents”來(lái)表示，其實(shí)是十個(gè)最優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生之一嘛，不過(guò)就是中文詞匯豐富了些，變換了說(shuō)法而已。

⑨列出的課程過(guò)多，可將它們移至教育背景欄目下，并簡(jiǎn)單列出與應(yīng)聘職位相關(guān)的課程，像“hotelmanagement”之類的就沒(méi)必要提了。
