一份標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英文合同通?？梢苑譃榍把裕╬reamble）、正文（operative part）、附錄（schedule）及證明部分即結(jié)束詞（attestation）四大部分組成。 前言（preamble）由“parties”及“recitals”兩部分組成。
