第二條工程監(jiān)理

第三條施工圖紙

4.5施工期間發(fā)包人仍需部分使用該居室的，負(fù)責(zé)做好施工現(xiàn)場的保衛(wèi)及消防等項工作;

4.6參與工程質(zhì)量和施工進度的監(jiān)督，負(fù)責(zé)材料進場、竣工驗收。

第五條承包人義務(wù)

5.1施工中嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行安全施工操作規(guī)范、防火規(guī)定、施工規(guī)范及質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，按期保質(zhì)完成工程;

5.2嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行有產(chǎn)施工現(xiàn)場管理的規(guī)定，不得擾民及污染環(huán)境;

5.3保護好原居室室內(nèi)的家具和陳設(shè)，保證居室內(nèi)上、下水管道的暢通;

5.4保證施工現(xiàn)場的整潔，工程完工后負(fù)責(zé)清掃施工現(xiàn)場。

第六條工程變更

工程項目及施工方式如需變更，雙方應(yīng)協(xié)商一致，簽定書面變更協(xié)議，同時調(diào)整相關(guān)工程費用及工期(見附表7：家庭居室裝飾裝修工程變更單)。

第七條材料的提供

7.1由發(fā)包人提供的材料、設(shè)備(詳見附表4：發(fā)包人提供裝飾裝修材料明細(xì)表)，發(fā)包人應(yīng)在材料運到施工現(xiàn)場前通知承包人，雙方共同驗收并辦理交接手續(xù);

7.2由承包人提供的材料、設(shè)備(詳見附表5：承包人提供裝飾裝修材料明細(xì)表)，承包人應(yīng)在材料運到施工現(xiàn)場前通知發(fā)包人，并接受發(fā)包人檢驗。

第八條工期延誤

8.1對以下原因造成竣工日期延誤，經(jīng)發(fā)包人確認(rèn)，工期相應(yīng)順延：

(1)工程是變化和設(shè)計變更;

(2)不可抗力;

(3)發(fā)包人同意工期順延的其他情況。

8.2因發(fā)包人未按約定完成其應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)的工作而影響工期的，工期順延;因發(fā)包人提供的材料、設(shè)備質(zhì)量不合格而影響工程質(zhì)量的，返工費用由發(fā)包人承擔(dān)，工期順延。

8.3發(fā)包人未按期支付工程款，合同工期相應(yīng)順延。

8.4因承包人責(zé)任不能按期開工或無故中途停工而影響工期的，工期不順延;因承包人原因造成工程質(zhì)量存在問題的，返工費用由承包人承擔(dān)，工期不順延。

第九條質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

第十一條工程款支付方式
