發(fā)送商務(wù)信函的目的在于建立商務(wù)往來(lái)關(guān)系,就某一細(xì)節(jié)進(jìn)行商討,努力達(dá)成共識(shí),以便促進(jìn)一項(xiàng)商務(wù)活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展。要達(dá)到這些目的,首先必須保證閱讀者能夠清楚了解寫(xiě)信人的意圖,迂回或閃爍其辭的話語(yǔ)會(huì)讓讀信人產(chǎn)生不信任,甚至?xí)岩蓪?duì)方的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力,對(duì)進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展商務(wù)活動(dòng)很不利。模棱兩可的話輕則阻礙讀信人對(duì)信函意思的理解,重則會(huì)對(duì)發(fā)函方造成不必要的損失。例如: as to the steamers sailing from hong kong to san francisco,we have bimonthly direct services. 此處bimonthly 有歧義,可以是twice a month 或者once two month.故讀信人就迷惑了,可以改寫(xiě)為we have two direct sailings every month from hong kong to san francisco.
翻譯要保留原文的清晰度相當(dāng)重要。由于在較為正式的場(chǎng)合中,為了將一概念定義完整和清楚,英文常常用關(guān)聯(lián)詞將幾個(gè)短句并在一起形成一個(gè)長(zhǎng)句,而中文無(wú)法照樣只用一句話來(lái)翻譯,即使這樣譯了也很難達(dá)到通順和自然。這時(shí),我們就采取將長(zhǎng)句按特定的事情發(fā)展的順序拆分成兩個(gè)或兩個(gè)以上的小句子的方式來(lái)翻譯。必要時(shí)還要增加或省略一些詞語(yǔ),讓整段文字結(jié)構(gòu)更合理、內(nèi)容更清楚。例如: the prices stated are based on current freight rates,any increase or decrease in freight rates at time of shipment is to be the benefit of the buyer,with the seller assuming the payment of all transportation charges to the point or place of delivery.例句中以一個(gè)介詞with 來(lái)分界,譯為“合同價(jià)格是以運(yùn)費(fèi)計(jì)算,裝運(yùn)時(shí)運(yùn)費(fèi)的增減均屬買方。賣方則承擔(dān)至交貨地的全部運(yùn)費(fèi)”。在原文中with 分句是一個(gè)狀語(yǔ),翻譯時(shí)采用中國(guó)人平鋪直敘的思維方式,用分述的方式把這個(gè)句子拆成兩句,清楚地表達(dá)了原文的語(yǔ)言信息。
是不是一封書(shū)信只要包含了全部關(guān)鍵信息就可以成為一封好的書(shū)信了呢? 擬信人還應(yīng)注意語(yǔ)言組織的條理性,或按事情發(fā)展的先后順序,或按各要素的重要性排序編寫(xiě)。東扯一句,西扯一句的寫(xiě)法必定會(huì)影響文章的清晰度。
簡(jiǎn)潔就是用最精煉的語(yǔ)言來(lái)表達(dá)意思,在商務(wù)信函中言簡(jiǎn)意賅就是為了方便高效率溝通與工作。能用一個(gè)字表達(dá)的不用一個(gè)詞組,能一個(gè)詞組講清的事就不用講成一句話。商務(wù)信函不用因顧及禮貌而開(kāi)頭就說(shuō)“i hope you are well”( 近日可好?) ,天氣也從不在此中提及。我們用“now”不用“at the same time”; 用“though”而不用“in spite of the fact that”……。形容詞雖然可以表達(dá)友好、滿意、歉意等感情,但只是在十分必要的情況下才出現(xiàn)。中國(guó)人在寫(xiě)英文信函時(shí)經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些不必要的重復(fù),比如: “true facts”、“next time in the future”這樣的詞語(yǔ)讀者能懂,但是會(huì)對(duì)這種不地道的說(shuō)法嗤之以鼻。
中文就簡(jiǎn)潔這一點(diǎn)在很多情況下具有優(yōu)勢(shì),商務(wù)信函中最能體現(xiàn)這一優(yōu)勢(shì)的是一些客套而必要的敬語(yǔ),比如: “we are looking forward to your early reply”,翻譯成中文就五個(gè)字: “盼早日回復(fù)”; “with all kind regards,i remain”,中文為“祝好”。像“regards”、“wishes”這一類詞,都不用按照原意翻譯,祝好的英文句子大多用中文的俗語(yǔ)代替。

一、實(shí)習(xí)目的
了解商務(wù)英語(yǔ)在社會(huì)和實(shí)際工作中的應(yīng)用,豐富課程的內(nèi)容,培養(yǎng)我們理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的能力,提高在語(yǔ)言應(yīng)用中分析及解決問(wèn)題的實(shí)際能力。
二、實(shí)習(xí)要求

2、自覺(jué)維護(hù)好課堂紀(jì)律。

三、實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容
(一)商務(wù)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)練習(xí)
1、建立商業(yè)關(guān)系通過(guò)一篇商務(wù)對(duì)話,了解了關(guān)于商務(wù)談判的過(guò)程,并對(duì)這篇對(duì)話進(jìn)行了音標(biāo)以及口語(yǔ)的練習(xí)。翻譯了英語(yǔ)的明信片,使我們認(rèn)知英文的名片書(shū)寫(xiě)過(guò)程。
2、商務(wù)談判繼商務(wù)談判的的對(duì)話,模擬業(yè)務(wù)續(xù)寫(xiě)了英語(yǔ)對(duì)話,更提高了我們對(duì)商務(wù)談判的能力,對(duì)以后工作提供鋪墊。
(二)商務(wù)信函的書(shū)寫(xiě)
在國(guó)際商務(wù)買賣的過(guò)程主要分為詢盤、發(fā)盤、還盤、接受四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),其過(guò)程中最重要的便是商務(wù)信函的書(shū)寫(xiě),我們這次實(shí)習(xí)中主要對(duì)發(fā)盤的過(guò)程進(jìn)行了練習(xí)。在老師的幫助下對(duì)發(fā)盤的發(fā)虛盤、發(fā)實(shí)盤的信函實(shí)例進(jìn)行分析與解讀和翻譯,并對(duì)一些內(nèi)容進(jìn)行書(shū)寫(xiě)練習(xí),使我們掌握了英文信函的書(shū)寫(xiě)方式、提升了書(shū)寫(xiě)技巧。
(三)商務(wù)談判
在看完有關(guān)商務(wù)談判的視頻后,在老師的指導(dǎo)下,我們根據(jù)視頻中的談判,對(duì)其談判的案例進(jìn)行分析。全面了解了談判的類型、談判時(shí)的重要因素、談判時(shí)注意的問(wèn)題及談判時(shí)的信息搜索。談判對(duì)于商務(wù)進(jìn)行是不可缺少的部分,充分了解談判的過(guò)程和技巧便更一步的促進(jìn)了合作關(guān)系的達(dá)成。
(四)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易信函的分析和書(shū)寫(xiě)
根據(jù)多篇的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易信函的閱讀及分析。對(duì)信函的英漢互譯,這不僅對(duì)我們英語(yǔ)知識(shí)的提高,而且認(rèn)識(shí)了進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易信函書(shū)寫(xiě)的方式,在我們多次的練習(xí)中提升了寫(xiě)作技巧,更為以后的工作節(jié)約了時(shí)間。

搜索最近發(fā)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)事件,對(duì)事件進(jìn)行分析與總結(jié),并詳寫(xiě)了我們自己的觀點(diǎn)。讓我們看事件來(lái)分析問(wèn)題,曾進(jìn)的不只是我們的觀點(diǎn),更是我們對(duì)問(wèn)題分析的能力。最后我們的這項(xiàng)實(shí)習(xí)任務(wù),用英文的格式練習(xí)書(shū)寫(xiě)了我們自己的簡(jiǎn)歷,及招聘廣告的書(shū)信?,F(xiàn)在的社會(huì)大發(fā)展,英文已離不開(kāi)我們的生活,這樣的實(shí)習(xí)鞏固的是我們的課程,也為我們以后的工作提供了極大的方便。
