寫信動機：

這節(jié)體驗課主要是說外企的求職信應(yīng)該如何去寫。沒有專門學(xué)習(xí)過商務(wù)寫作的同學(xué)可能會覺得，不就是一份短短幾頁紙的英文求職信，有什么難的？要知道，雅思的essay可是比這個難寫多了，我都搞定了，一封小小的求職信，還不是小菜一碟？如果你也是這樣認為的，那可就錯了。

一份cover letter并不是我們認為的那樣容易。首先，在寫求職信的時候需要考慮職位是否符合我們的要求，一切都要緊扣job description，一些加分的工作技能也是很有必要的。就是人家要求啥，你就會啥，這樣人家才會看你的求職信。如果你會的都是人家不需要的，那么就不會是一封成功的求職信。

求職信的呼語很重要。如果不甚弄錯了稱呼，hr對應(yīng)聘者的印象就會大打折扣。對于親密的朋友如何稱呼，正式場合下如何稱呼別人，話說我之前還真的分不清，直接都是dear xxx一語帶過。如果不清楚看求職信的人是誰，呼語就不要加職位稱呼。

再來說落款，我之前寫信都是用yours xxx，但是聽了dolly老師的系統(tǒng)介紹，我才知道這個稱呼落款是私人信件常用的。而在求職信這樣比較正式的情況一般不用。并且，英式說法和美式英語的落款說法也是不同的。如果你應(yīng)聘外企的時候，不知道對方是老美還是老英，最好還是直接用“sincerely，”比較好。

總之，關(guān)系遠近、親屬、正式非正式場合的稱呼和落款都是不一樣的，這一點我以后再也不能小瞧了。說不定，僅僅是因為稱呼的錯誤使用，就導(dǎo)致滿盤皆輸那就不劃算了，所以在這里也希望看文的大家以后可以注意這個問題。

本法所稱對外貿(mào)易經(jīng)營者，是指依照本法規(guī)定從事對外貿(mào)易經(jīng)營活動的法人和其他組織。

where, in accordance with laws, the circumstance(s) specified in article 15 and article 16 of this law is /are confirmed, the organization with compensatory obligations shall pay compensation in any of the circumstance in question.

where the claimant for compensation demands the confirmation of one of the circumstances specified in article 15 and article 16 hereof, and the demanded organization refuses to make the confirmation, the claimant shall have the right to lodge a complaint. where the claimant claims compensation, the claim, shall, first, be lodged to the organization for compensatory obligations.
