hulunbeier covers an area of 250.557 square kilometers,with a totel population of 2.66 million. the mongolian natiality is the dominant ethic group, and 35 other nationlities,such as dawoer, ewenke, elunchun, han, manchu, russian, etc. live in harmony with them on the grassland. hunlunbeier is called green and clean land because it is relatively free of pollution.

時光飛轉(zhuǎn)，鑫匯鑫公司來到營口已經(jīng)有三個年頭了，回望一路走來大家給予鑫匯鑫的關心、厚愛與期待，讓我們心懷溫暖與感動。

但是不得不承認，近來我們也受到了一些指責和非議，我們知道是因為未能如期交房傷了大家的心，在此我們對各位業(yè)主深深的說一聲：“對不起”。

眾所周知，我們的集團公司是擁有300億資產(chǎn)，在全國開發(fā)了30多個品牌樓盤的浙江匯鑫集團;我們的建筑商中天集團為中國企業(yè)500強、民營企業(yè)50強。

在這樣一個高標準的開發(fā)建設下，星匯奧城樓盤必須要保質(zhì)保量達到專業(yè)驗收合格才能交付使用，而由于北方寒冷的天氣以及一些不確定的變化，讓我們未能按計劃達到要求，因此發(fā)生了逾期交房的現(xiàn)象。雖然說在房產(chǎn)開發(fā)過程中這種現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生，雖然我們也的確存在一些客觀因素，但我們并不想以此推脫我們的責任。

有了錯誤就要勇于承擔， 這次我們鑫匯鑫公司按照合同規(guī)定到實際交付之日賠償違約金是每日萬分之一，現(xiàn)經(jīng)公司董事會研究決定向廣大已全額付清房款的業(yè)主賠償違約金由原來的每日萬分之1上調(diào)至每日萬分之2.75，例如40萬的房子截止至20xx年5月1日，可獲得違約33000元;一套價值200萬的商鋪，截止到20xx年5月1日，可以獲得16.5萬元的違約金，即到即簽約即辦理。這樣史無前例的賠款率只為表達我們心中的誠意。
