實(shí)習(xí)單位基本情況：我公司是一家獨(dú)資企業(yè)，主要生產(chǎn)新型電子元器件(頻率控制與選擇元件、混合集成電路)、計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)制造、軟件產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、生產(chǎn)，銷售自產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品。

一是加強(qiáng)思想學(xué)習(xí)，主動(dòng)與上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)溝通，努力提高思想水平思想是人的靈魂，是人的內(nèi)在力，要想把實(shí)習(xí)任務(wù)完成好，首先要把思想調(diào)整好。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)十分重視大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)，為此特地為我們制定了雙導(dǎo)師實(shí)習(xí)制度。雙導(dǎo)師，顧名思義，就是兩位導(dǎo)師，工人導(dǎo)師是教授生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的，而領(lǐng)導(dǎo)導(dǎo)師是在思想上引領(lǐng)大學(xué)生，為其排憂解疑，指引方向的。在此優(yōu)勢(shì)下，我主動(dòng)與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行了溝通，在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的尊尊教導(dǎo)下，我對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)有了更為深層次的理解，更明確了我的工作目標(biāo)，在思想上使我對(duì)未來(lái)的工作有了新的認(rèn)識(shí)，在行動(dòng)上使我對(duì)未來(lái)人生有了新的規(guī)劃。

在實(shí)習(xí)中我發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)中所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí)并不是完全都能運(yùn)用到實(shí)踐中，我所學(xué)的是英語(yǔ)和旅游知識(shí)，而我所在的公司卻是一家電機(jī)公司看起來(lái)兩者相差很大。而我所學(xué)的幾乎運(yùn)用不到但其實(shí)不然。我可以翻譯我們公司所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品，為外國(guó)客戶介紹我們的產(chǎn)品。同時(shí)也可以接待我們的客戶。在此期間我必須重新學(xué)習(xí)關(guān)于電機(jī)方面的英語(yǔ)。這也讓我的英語(yǔ)在另個(gè)方面有了更大的提高。

三是熱愛(ài)實(shí)習(xí)崗位，積極承擔(dān)崗位職責(zé)，不斷提升實(shí)習(xí)效率。

只有愛(ài)崗才能敬業(yè)，熱愛(ài)實(shí)習(xí)崗位才能完成好實(shí)習(xí)崗位的工作。在實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中我努力培養(yǎng)自己對(duì)本崗位工作的熱情，珍惜在崗位上的每一分鐘，積極承擔(dān)崗位上的責(zé)任以及義務(wù)，努力做到能夠獨(dú)立完成頂崗任務(wù)。對(duì)崗位做到懂、會(huì)、做。

在實(shí)習(xí)的那段時(shí)間，讓我體會(huì)到了生活的艱辛和社會(huì)環(huán)境的壓力。我自己也開(kāi)始明白社會(huì)的殘忍適者生存，不適者則被淘汰。雖然很累可是我卻仍要堅(jiān)持下去，因?yàn)槲也幌胱鰝€(gè)生活的失敗者，我不想永遠(yuǎn)都躲在舒適的環(huán)境里卻從不知道人間的冷暖。寶劍只有被磨礪過(guò)才會(huì)更加鋒利。而我只有在社會(huì)中磨練才會(huì)更加堅(jiān)強(qiáng)，更加成熟。走出學(xué)校踏上社會(huì)一開(kāi)始讓我覺(jué)得恐慌，面對(duì)形形色色的人我覺(jué)得無(wú)所適從。但是時(shí)間讓我開(kāi)始平靜下來(lái)，而我也開(kāi)始慢慢的適應(yīng)了這種環(huán)境，讓我開(kāi)始覺(jué)得其實(shí)學(xué)校外的生活也是蠻有味道的。

knowledge collaboration and all-round education

ladies and gentlemen,

we engineering students take it for granted that technology is changing incredibly fast. we are thinking nervously and seriously whether our colleges are failing to provide a foundation in the skills currently needed in industry. take my major telecommunications for example. scientists say that 21st century is a biomedical time, not an electrical time. but without the help of electronic data processing and transformation, biomedical technology alone cannot go too far. funny enough, the word biomedical itself is just a combination of two disciplines. so the interdisciplinary exploitation serves as the critical part for our electric and electronics world as well as any other fields to find new way of being.

but the power of knowledge collaboration is certainly not restricted to science and engineering; it is in the full community of learning. walking around campus i absorbed a reality that there is a seamless web between students from different professional backgrounds. the engineering students are discussing animatedly in a philosophy lecture, speaking passionately in the public speaking club, and looking for sparkling ideas from learning history and arts. how wonderful that is! that, ladies and gentleman, is just a significant step forward to be well-rounded because once we jump out of the circle we can see the bigger picture.

my friends, i hope that you have already got what university is all about. please let me end my speech with the nobel prize winner li zhengdao’s words: “the realization of the perfect combination of science and engineering, science and arts, technology and humanity， is the greatest symbol of a university’s success.” thank you.

我們理工科的學(xué)生都知道科技在以一種難以置信的速度變化發(fā)展著。我們都在緊張和嚴(yán)肅地思考著是否我們的大學(xué)能夠?yàn)槲覀兲峁┮粋€(gè)適應(yīng)當(dāng)前工業(yè)需要的知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)。以我的專業(yè)通信工程為例，科學(xué)家們說(shuō)21世紀(jì)是生物醫(yī)學(xué)的世紀(jì)，而不是電氣電子的世紀(jì)。但是如果沒(méi)有電子化的數(shù)據(jù)處理和轉(zhuǎn)換，生物醫(yī)學(xué)時(shí)代就不能發(fā)展。有趣的是：“生物醫(yī)學(xué)”這個(gè)詞本身就是兩個(gè)學(xué)科的結(jié)合，所以跨學(xué)科的開(kāi)發(fā)手段就成了電氣電子領(lǐng)域以及其他任何領(lǐng)域?qū)ふ倚鲁雎返年P(guān)鍵。
