我們__小學請來顧老師對我們進行了朗誦培訓，培訓模式的基本程序是：首先把互動提到首位，青年教師讀文、現場點評、專家范讀、專家講座四個階段。

我最深感觸的是：通過青年教師的朗讀、專家聲情并茂的范讀與適時的指導、同事們學習的專注，令我感動，同時使我學到了不少東西。首先是打開了思路，專家提出的觀念讓我對朗讀課文教學有了一個新的認識;青年教師的朗讀讓我對比到了我們之間的差距，在深受啟迪的同時，也有所反思，深感當前教學任務的艱巨。在新課改的理念下，如何使語文朗讀教學工作煥發(fā)新的光彩，是我要值得深思、感悟的，在今后的語文朗讀教學中，針對自己的教學的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)與不足之處，以名師為榜樣，研究他們的教學藝術與教學思想，為我所用，取人之長補己之短，使自己的教學更趨完美，努力提升語文教學朗讀水平。

這次學習我體會最深的的有以下三點：

一、發(fā)揮想象，配以肢體語言指導朗讀

每次朗讀，都要啟發(fā)學生想象，要變文字為圖畫，要眼睛看文字，腦海中要展現出相應的畫面來，從而入情入境。例如讀《所見》時要把自己當成文中的人物，是你在喜、在憂，有了這種身臨其境的感覺，像演員一樣扮演好各種角色，再配以相應的神態(tài)、動作就能讀得有味而傳神。不多我的年紀大了，做起來覺得別扭，看同事做覺得開心，賞心悅目。

二、老師的范讀，可以激發(fā)學生的朗讀興趣

在平時里，我喜歡從投影機里放出朗讀，我以為只要他們能讀準音就行了，而今天顧老師站在我們中間精彩的范讀，以聲傳情，形神兼?zhèn)?，則更能使我感到貼近也更能打動我，不僅使我對課文內容產生感情，還使我受到感染。因此她每次范讀我?guī)缀醵寄馨盐規(guī)У轿恼碌那榫持校刮衣牭萌绨V如醉，情感也隨之跌宕起伏，這時的階梯室異常安靜，隨著顧老師的朗讀情感，我們的心和作者的心碰撞在了一起……很多時候都會情不自禁地跟顧老師一起讀起來。同時讓我明白在耳濡目染中，范讀不但激發(fā)了學生朗讀的興趣。老師聲情并茂的朗讀，可以觸及學生的內心，使學生及時把握住了文章的感情基調，基本掌握了感情朗讀的金鑰匙。師的范讀很重要，可以把學生帶入文章情境，激發(fā)學生朗讀興趣。相比之下投影里傳出的聲音聽起來很遙遠。

三、劃分節(jié)奏，改變符號

劃分節(jié)奏，由我以前總認為單一的，一成不變的。聽了顧老師的講解，讓我知道原來劃分節(jié)奏可以根據意境與理解詩意來劃分。但我有點質疑(不敢提出)因為我沒做好準備。如果劃分的節(jié)奏與參考書不一樣，考試的時候批改試卷時，批改老師會改變答案嗎?還有標點符號，可以在讀書時這句的符號省去，那句的符號也可以省去。聽起來美感是有了。可是我還是質疑，小學語文教學的重難點是閱讀和作文的教學，而標點符號的掌握又是其中的一個難點，尤其是低年級小學生，在初步接觸和學習標點符號的過程中，會遇到很多困難。我們如果在平時中告訴他們這種朗讀方法，會不會對他日后閱讀與寫作造成影響，這也值得深思。蘇聯著名高級編輯布拉果曾指出:“標點符號就是標出思想，擺正詞和詞之間的相互關系，使句子易懂，聲調準確。標點符號好比音符，它們牢固地縛住文章，不讓它撒落?！北贿x入教材的課文每一篇都是文質兼美的。它們不僅思想內容積極向上、語言文字準確生動，而且標點符號的使用也極其講究。標點符號的學習也離不開朗讀。以前我們在教學中，教師要求學生朗讀課文，也要讀出標點符號的語氣和情感、逗號停頓時間短，句號停頓長些。如教師能充分利用課文引導學生像推敲語言文字一樣去琢磨標點，感受標點之意蘊，體會標點之精妙，并創(chuàng)設情境使其學以致用，相信學生濫用標點符號的情況一定能得到改善。但今天顧老師這一招又是否創(chuàng)新呢?該值得借鑒嗎?我個人認為標點符號是――無聲英雄，朗讀指導時該怎樣使用真是見仁見智了。

此次培訓使我們全體語文教師受益匪淺，明確了今后努力的方向，更重要的是讓教師們清醒地認識到自身是專業(yè)成長的主體，只有教師自身具有不斷學習的動機和需求，并且不斷地付諸于行動，不斷地自我學習，主動積極地參加教育教學實踐活動，并能在實踐中進行反思、分析、總結，這樣才能使自身的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)得到提高。
