一、工作總結：

從開始連效果圖都做不好到現(xiàn)在能自己套程序，雖然自己也付出了努力，但是更離不開同事們的幫助。在這三個月里，我學習了制作網頁的基礎知識。從配色到布局，從制作效果圖再到切片，再到用dw制作網頁，最后套程序。每一個環(huán)節(jié)我都沒有松懈，不管是在公司還是回到家里，我都會充分利用時間來學習，補充自己貧瘠的知識。雖然現(xiàn)在的水平還遠遠不夠，但是捫心自問，我在遠洋的每一天都是充實的，沒有虛度，我相信在新的一年里，通過自己的努力和同事們的幫助，我會學到更多的東西，不管是在技術水平上還是其他方面，都更上一層樓。

二、工作中的不足：

雖然通過三個月的努力，技術水平有所提高，但是還是存在很多不足的地方，因為基礎打的不夠好，很多地方學習起來有些吃力，不停的問同事，也給別人帶來了不少麻煩，因為知識的不足，使得開始的學習有些混亂，感覺不知道從哪里開始學起，無從下手，浪費了不少時間。

三、新一年的目標：

過去的一年的整體上是緊張的、忙碌的、充實的。因為我剛剛來到遠洋，所以對我來說這也是充滿希望的一年。展望新的工作年度，希望能夠再接再礪，同時也加強自身的能力，工作中與同事多溝通，多關心了解其他部門的工作性質，進一步提高自己專業(yè)知識技能，積極吸收新的觀念與設計理念，要繼續(xù)在自己的工作崗位上踏踏實實做事，老老實實做人，爭取做出更大的成績來。

我們經過痛苦煎熬，終于做出來的時候倍感輕松。

在我工作經歷中，讓我感到幸運的就是公司給我這一次就業(yè)機會。與以往的工作經歷不同的是，這里給人一種完全放松的工作氛圍，沒有因為測試出的 bug 和不能按時提交的軟件模塊功能而心懷忐忑，接觸的人際關系也不再是有限的技術人員，在這里我學到很多以前不曾接處的東西，處理人際關系的能力，會不會說讓人喜歡的話，處事的心態(tài)等。在此對一個月的工作和生活做一下總結，從中發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的缺點和不足，在以后的工作中加以改進，以提高自己的工作水平。

時間一晃而過，轉眼間試用期已接近尾聲。這是我人生中彌足珍貴的經歷，也給我留下了精彩而美好的回憶。在這段時間里各位同事和領導給予了我足夠的寬容、支持和幫助，讓我充分感受到了領導們“海納百川”的胸襟，感受到了作為廣告人“不經歷風雨，怎能見彩虹”的豪氣，也體會到了重慶廣告從業(yè)人員作為拓荒者的艱難和堅定。在對各位同事和領導肅然起敬的同時，也為我有機會成為今天廣告的一份子而驚喜萬分。

在這三個月的時間里，在領導和同事們的悉心關懷和指導下，通過自身的不懈努力，各方面均取得了一定的進步，現(xiàn)將我的工作情況作如下匯報。

記得初次應聘時，我對公司的認識僅僅局限于重慶幾家頂級的廣告公司之一，對設計師一職的認識也僅局限于從事相對單純的廣告創(chuàng)意和美術執(zhí)行工作。除此之外，便一無所知了。所以，試用期中如何去認識、了解并熟悉自己所從事的行業(yè)，便成了我的當務之急。

一、理論學習和日常工作積累

通過理論學習和日常工作積累使我對公司有了較為深刻的認識。記得初到公司時，交到我手里的第一份工作就是一張企業(yè)賀卡的修改，然而說來慚愧是，因為對于對方企業(yè)整體形象包裝的不熟悉，導致這張小小的賀卡修改任務就讓我在公司的第一天工作從下午5：00左右持續(xù)到深夜12：00以后，反復的修改和漫長的等待客戶的回復對我來說，既新鮮也處處存在挑戰(zhàn)。不懂就學，是一切進步取得的前提和基礎。

在這段時間里我認真學習和認識了公司各相關資料，并且對公司以前的、現(xiàn)在的客戶的相關資料有了比較初步的了解，再加上日常工作積累使我對公司有了較為深刻的認識，也意識到了公司在重慶廣告業(yè)舉足輕重的地位，她的發(fā)展對于推動整個重慶廣告業(yè)的發(fā)展有著巨大作用。同時，公司擁有比較先進的管理體制和企業(yè)化標準運作的行政機構。這一切都讓我對公司的發(fā)展充滿了信心和憧憬。

二、認真學習崗位職能，工作能力得到了一定的提高

根據崗位職責的要求，我的主要工作任務是：

(1)負責完成組長分配下來的設計工作指令。

(2)參與相關廣告創(chuàng)意的討論。

(3)領導交辦的其他工作。

通過完成上述工作，使我認識到一個稱職的設計師應當在具有相當?shù)拿佬g功底、熟悉的設計軟件操作能力的同時，還一定要具備良好的設計心態(tài)，并且要敢于多提出自己的想法和方案，敢于創(chuàng)新!當然，良好的語言表達能力是向領導和同事提出自己創(chuàng)意想法的必不可少的。

1.配色問題

一個網頁的色彩最好不要超過3種，一面視覺效果混亂，用色柔和，對比度強的色彩不能應用于一般網站，時尚網站使用還可以。

2.字體問題
