寫信動機：

通常求職信是針對報紙上、網(wǎng)上的或是其他途徑的招聘廣告而寫的。因此，信中須首先提到時在何月何日的什么報紙上看到的信息、在什么網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺看到的招聘廣告，又或是是由朋友或介紹所介紹的等等。當(dāng)然，有時寫信人不知某機構(gòu)、公司有工作機會，只是毛遂自薦，那么也需說明寫求職信的緣由和目的。此外，需開門見山的點明應(yīng)聘的職位或是希望承擔(dān)的職務(wù)

自我介紹：

此部分應(yīng)述明自己的年齡或出生年月、教育背景，尤其與應(yīng)征職位有關(guān)的訓(xùn)練或教育科目、工作經(jīng)驗或特殊技能。如無實際經(jīng)驗，略述在學(xué)類似經(jīng)驗亦可。

能力（技能）介紹：

如果缺乏工作經(jīng)歷，可以將社會工作細節(jié)放在工作經(jīng)歷中，這樣會填補工作經(jīng)驗少的缺陷。例如，在做團支書、學(xué)生會主席等社會工作時組織過什么活動，聯(lián)系過什么事，參與過什么都可以一一羅列。

結(jié)尾：

不要夸耀自己的“豐功偉績”，小心在別人眼里不值一提。

不要篇幅較短，那會顯得你很沒有文化;也不要長編大論，那會很冗長，讓人對你沒有興趣。
