20__年已經(jīng)來臨，對于過去工作的中總結(jié)出來的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對我這新的一年里的工作要更加努力了，不斷的更新增加自己的ui知識，讓我的設(shè)計(jì)越來越好，所以制定20__年初的工作計(jì)劃如下：

一、嚴(yán)把工作流程，有效的與客戶溝通，提高工作效率

加入某一段時(shí)間了，對公司的工作流程也是比較了解，在以后的工作當(dāng)中一定要按照工作流程走，有效的與客戶溝通，避免做無用功，減少對公司的損失，降低成本，節(jié)約的就是利潤。再者，要加快工作效率，而且也要確保工作質(zhì)量，保質(zhì)保量的完成提案，給客戶給公司一個(gè)滿意的答卷。

二、突破設(shè)計(jì)思路，提高設(shè)計(jì)眼界

不要只局限于當(dāng)前的事物。把握整體設(shè)計(jì)方向，處理好細(xì)節(jié)處，增強(qiáng)畫面美觀度。在設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格上，嘗試多種設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格，不要被客戶所局限住，將多種設(shè)計(jì)元素結(jié)合大眾喜好做出主要方案和備選方案，以客戶的意愿為我們的意愿。

三、學(xué)無止境，“業(yè)精于勤而荒于嬉”

在以后的工作中不斷學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)知識和了解業(yè)務(wù)知識，通過多看、多想、多學(xué)、多練來不斷的提高自己的各項(xiàng)技能。同時(shí)要不斷鍛煉自己的膽識和毅力，工作上、做人做事上都要非常細(xì)心，提高自己解決實(shí)際問題的能力，并在工作過程中慢慢克服急躁情緒，不能魯莽行事，積極、熱情、細(xì)致地的對待每一項(xiàng)工作指令。

四、做事有計(jì)劃性

要做什么不做什么都要有明確性和強(qiáng)制性，不要讓時(shí)間總是在猶豫不覺中浪費(fèi)掉，避免因?yàn)闆]有合理安排而導(dǎo)致工作中的遺漏，提高工作效率。

五、增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識，團(tuán)隊(duì)的力量的無窮的

接到新案子之后，不要一個(gè)人單刀匹馬的做，首先大家商討分析一下，確定一個(gè)主題，分析細(xì)節(jié)，做出一套策劃方案，簽訂合同之后進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。雖然我們這個(gè)小團(tuán)隊(duì)人很少，大家在一起磨合的時(shí)間也不是很久，但我們經(jīng)過短暫的磨合期已經(jīng)共同進(jìn)行了幾個(gè)項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)。所有的項(xiàng)目靠一個(gè)人的力量是不能完成的。
