做好充足的準備，把要講的內容的相關背景等知識了解到位，并把課的內容和這些背景結合起來，主要是注意如何讓背景知識在吸引人的同時把人引導到課本的內容上來。 出發(fā)前的準備很重要，一定要著裝合體，不要穿著臺前衛(wèi)，畢竟教師這個職位還是要講究矜持的。 在談到面試，其實說起來，小學英語并不需要多高英語水平，更多的需要你的親和力，所以不需要掌握太多英語面試技巧。你如果能做好孩子王，相信你就一定能勝任這一職務。如果你有幼教的基礎，中標的可能性就會大大增加。如果沒有，可以提前看一些少兒心理學的文章。

1.搞好試講稿?？傮w思路是：謙虛禮貌，內容熟悉，結構清晰，層次分明，明確易懂，有自己的觀點。

2.要導師幫我寫份推薦表。在此思路指導下，我決定講自己寫的論文，且在導師的授權下，自己寫了份推薦表。

3.熟悉本學科重點內容及最新發(fā)展。

4.熟悉該專業(yè)教研室各個老師的情況。

在試講前，修改了數(shù)次試講稿，朗讀了數(shù)次，確保時間在30分鐘內?？戳艘槐楸緦I(yè)相關書籍。到成都后，在學校對面旅館住下。試講前一天，先到學校踩點，熟悉校園環(huán)境，摸準試講地點。試講約定是下午2點半在法學院辦公室。去后，由院長領我們到教室試講。去教室時，院長提了一大袋礦泉水，估計是給聽試講的老師喝的。我主動要求提了過來。

到教室后，發(fā)現(xiàn)教室里已經有了幾位應聘人。算我在內，總共5人。經交談，得知和我競爭的有2人。一中南財經政法男生，一南開大學女生。經觀察，覺得南開女生相對比較有競爭力。

三點所有聽試講老師到齊，院長選讀試講規(guī)則是先 自我介紹 再15分鐘試講然后是提問后，試講開始，面試技巧《教師面試技巧》。試講者以外的人在別的教室等候。中南政法男生第一個試講，我是第二個。

我進入教室時，聽到老師說中南政法男生是不是很緊張，再看到一人事處老師在幫該男生擦黑板，估計該男生沒戲了。我主動接過老師黑板擦，擦完黑板后，開始了面試 自我介紹 ， 自我介紹 非常簡短，就說了自己的專業(yè)、研究方向、本科專業(yè)、所獲榮譽獎勵。然后開始試講。

開頭是：尊敬的各位老師：下午好！今天是3月8日，也祝在座的各位女老師節(jié)日快樂！（聽試講的各位女老師聽后，高興得連說謝謝。）我要試講的題目……，分五部來講。……。在試講的過程中，我和每個老師都進行了目光交流。發(fā)現(xiàn)人事處的兩位女老師笑容掬，院長表情自然，估計是一專業(yè)課女老師面無表情，一男年輕專業(yè)課老師神情嚴肅，估計是教研室主任的老頭滿臉笑容。

第二部分講完，院長就讓我結束了。然后是估計的該專業(yè)教研室主任專業(yè)提問，問了個問題。接著是院長及兩位人事處女老師隨便問了些問題，比如你是哪人、發(fā)了幾篇論文、怎么想到成都來、有沒有女朋友、想不想考博等。我對想不想考博的回答是：如果應聘成功，我會做好本職工作。但如果貴校能夠提供發(fā)展機會，我也會非常高興。之所以如此回答，是因為之前應聘某211高校輔導員，該校問我有什么發(fā)展規(guī)劃時，我很老實地回答了想讀在職博士，雖然面試自我感覺不錯，結果還是被bs。

回答問題完畢后，院長問我還有沒有什么問題要問，我回答：暫時沒有問題問。院長就說到此結束。我說：非常感謝感謝各位老師，再見！然后擦掉了自己寫的板書。

第二天，該院辦公室主任即打電話告訴我試講成功通過試講，已報學校批準，簽約應沒有什么問題，還歡迎我的加入。第三天即打電話告知學校已批準，就等組織部蓋章，要我把協(xié)議書交到院里。當時我還在杜甫草堂，匆忙中打的回住處拿協(xié)議書再打的到學校把協(xié)議書交了。

從去年11月份開始到今年3月，終于把工作搞定。不可謂不艱難。面試過一次國家公務員，面試過一211高校，這是第三次正規(guī)面試（校內 招聘 的不算），終于搞定，算是事不過三。該工作我還是比較滿意的。待遇在成都應該還過得去。

總結試講經驗，我覺得至少有以下幾點：

1.要有禮節(jié)、講禮貌。

2.試講的內容一定要很熟悉，小一點；不能太大，否則老師隨便問一個小問題，你就可能答不上來。

3.要有自己的觀點。

4.要自信，輕松，不能太拘謹、緊張。

5.聲音適當大一點，講話流暢，但不能太快，要快慢得當。

6.問到讀不讀博的時候，一定不能說在考或想考，我覺得我的回答可借鑒。

7.和老師目光交流，不要自講自的。

首先要自信并且淡定，面試面試，為什么要見面，就是面試官要看見你的整體，不單單是聽你的表述，還要感受你的狀態(tài)以及精神面貌。所以面試說話的時候談吐自然，自信，不慌張是基本。我遇見很多朋友，他們說中文的時候語速很正常，但是在說英語的.時候不知道為什么語速特別快，可能是因為緊張，也可能是因為不自信，當然還有一種可能是英語太流利。但是要知道語速快并不代表英語好，你說話最基本的是要保證對方能夠聽清楚，并且聽得懂。所以第一重要是表述要清晰，不要慌張，有話好好說。

如果你一說英語就緊張，那么你就要多練習，找機會和和比你英語好的人練習，記住一定要找比你英語好的人練習，只有當對方英語比你好，你才會暴露你的緊張，從而學習克服緊張，也只有對方英語比你好才會發(fā)現(xiàn)你的錯誤。然后我悄悄地告訴你，hr的英語或許還沒有你好，他們并不是x東方的口語老師也不是雅思考官，所以你放心，只要你稍微花點心思，hr英語面試這關是可以戰(zhàn)略性搞定的。不過你只可以在心理上輕視，不可以在準備過程中輕視。

4.準確表述如果上面基本的幾點你都能夠做到，那么接下來如何讓對方覺得你的英語還不錯呢？注意英語表述中的細節(jié)詞匯。我舉個例子，everyone和every single one，single在這里強調每一個，這個詞你認識吧，但是大多數(shù)人只會用every， each，而不會用every single。而這個就是英語表述中的細節(jié)，這個詞并沒有多么高大上吧。我再舉個例子，我思想開放，我們通暢會說 my mind is open,但是如果用i'm open minded 感覺是不是更佳好。總而言之，華麗的辭藻固然高大上，但是簡單而又準確的用詞更容易讓人理解，也更顯的平易近人，同時也能讓hr聽得懂并獲得信息，和你形成交流。

和中國人面試發(fā)音好聽甚至可以彌補詞匯量的匱乏，如果你發(fā)音很準確，瞬間給人留下深刻印象，至少對我來說是這樣。但是發(fā)音好不好聽，這個還因人而異，所以每個人的喜好不一樣這個很難把握，就拿我個人來說，我喜歡英式英語，我有個朋友也喜歡英式英語，于是苦練英腔，其實并不建議，刻意的腔調很容易讓人聽出來，不過也可能能糊弄過去一些不太懂英語的人，這個因人而異。我更佳喜歡有自己說話腔調然后捎帶英式的口音，當然這一條對于很多想要快速搞定英語面試的人可能并不適合。但至少保證你的英語不要說出你的家鄉(xiāng)味就好。
