看了張源的簡歷，對于其目前的狀況、做過些什么、能做些什么、有些什么能力和特長沒有任何概念，但通過與她的交流，得知其人與所應聘的職位其實是非常匹配的，職位所要求的任職資格“qualifications”她都具備：

雖然張源具備了以上職位廣告中提出的任職資格，但在簡歷中卻未能夠突顯出來，因此，這樣一份簡歷不能夠吸引招聘人員的眼球，很可能第一關就被淘汰出局了。這份英文簡歷非常不專業(yè)，顯得很幼稚，出現(xiàn)了很多錯誤：

①撰寫英文簡歷，要遵循“user-friendly”原則，要處處替簡歷閱讀者著想，為對方創(chuàng)造便利。hr每天要給數十名候選人打電話約見面試，手機號碼的寫法需規(guī)范，這份簡歷遵循了4－3－4的原則，方便撥打。但忽略固定電話則不應該。另外，還應該增加聯(lián)系地址信息。（若是跨城市找工作，沒有當地聯(lián)系地址，則不寫地址信息：因為若不是急需人才，用人單位可能會考慮到交通成本問題而不給面試機會。）

②③④⑤是求職意向。這份英文簡歷寫成這樣，很明顯是在海投，沒有度身定制。②表明求職者正在找全職工作。③期望行業(yè)，建議一份簡歷只寫一種，不要出現(xiàn)“etc”（等等）字眼，更何況出現(xiàn)拼寫錯誤。④若非跨地區(qū)求職，可不必特別注明期望地點，若是大型跨國公司，可以注明一下，用人單位會盡量考慮你的期望。⑤“negotiable”（薪酬可議）這句話相當于沒寫。顯然，這是受到一些在線簡歷模版的影響，若是定制個性化英文簡歷，建議不要采用這些簡歷模板，而應取長補短。

⑥若非招聘廣告特別注明，不必隨同簡歷發(fā)送照片。公司招人主要看求職者知識、技能，看你畢業(yè)的學校和專業(yè)，看你接受過什么樣的培訓，參加過哪些項目，做過哪些工作。不要寄希望憑借外貌增加hr好感。如果公司明確要求附照片，則照辦不誤。

⑦工作經歷部分寫得太簡單，標題出現(xiàn)拼寫錯誤“extra-curriculars”。我想求職者在這里是想表示“課外活動”的意思，那么可以用“extracurricularactivities”，如果拿不準，可以用“experience”或者“socialwork”等簡單詞語代替。另外語言實在太簡單了，沒有有效展示自己。

⑧所獲榮譽部分出現(xiàn)了拼寫錯誤。如“activities”容易拼錯，“top10literaturalpace-setter”我想求職者可能是指“十佳標兵”，但此處“l(fā)iteratural”是杜撰的詞語，想說得簡單點，可用“top10beststudents”來表示，其實是十個最優(yōu)秀的學生之一嘛，不過就是中文詞匯豐富了些，變換了說法而已。

⑨列出的課程過多，可將它們移至教育背景欄目下，并簡單列出與應聘職位相關的課程，像“hotelmanagement”之類的就沒必要提了。

⑩自我評價非常主觀，用人單位其實要看你具體做了些什么。張源卻把很多精力放在這里，寄希望全面展示優(yōu)點，顯然，這種想法是錯誤的。首先，這部分使用了大段文字，占據很大比重，無法引起hr的興趣和注意力。要想抓住hr眼球，千萬不要長篇大論，最好用簡短有力的關鍵詞和點句。簡歷中不應出現(xiàn)第一人稱代詞，這樣顯得不專業(yè)。如果你是與面試官面對面的交流，可以使用“i”、“we”等，但簡歷不應該出現(xiàn)“i”、“my”等字詞，同時也應盡量減少非實義詞語如代詞、助詞的出現(xiàn)頻率。

這份英文簡歷沒有經過精雕細琢，格式、字體不夠統(tǒng)一，拼寫錯誤時常出現(xiàn)，這樣的簡歷在招聘人員看來，首先是態(tài)度問題，然后是能力問題，被淘汰是在所難免的。

當然，這份英文簡歷最失敗的地方就在于沒把能力充分展現(xiàn)出來，無法向招聘人員證明自己的能力，不能夠說服招聘人員約見自己。在撰寫簡歷時，如果能仔細研究招聘廣告，當我們與所應聘的職位匹配程度越高，勝出的幾率也就越大。

為什么要進行這樣的修改呢？我們一一闡釋：

①撰寫英文簡歷時，開頭就清楚地標明姓名及聯(lián)系方式。hr看簡歷時，先看工作經歷、學術背景，覺得差不多可以約見面試了，才看個人信息，

②英語地址寫法應遵循由小到大的原則，正好與中文的反過來，先寫××房間，××號，然后再寫××路，××市，郵編，××省，國名。郵編的標準寫法是放在市名之后，也可以放在省名之后，但一定要放在china之前。 ③把求職意向寫得明確一些，讓招聘人員明白你正在尋找什么職位。也可以緊跟著證明自己能夠勝任這份工作的能力和資格。④簡歷欄目不宜過多，一般不超過五個，否則顯得凌亂。在所學課程之下，羅列相關課程，如這里列出市場營銷、管理學、商務英語等課程，能從增強閱讀者對求職者的立體感。⑤⑥⑦是工作經驗部分，遵循從最近工作經驗寫起的原則。在經歷描述中，有詳有略，最近經歷要重點闡述，用人單位最感興趣的是你目前正在做的，對于過去，興趣會降低許多；相關經歷要多寫。⑤與目標職位最為接近，要對照目標職位的描述挖掘曾經做過的工作；⑥展示了英文水平；而⑦說明人際交流和溝通能力。每個工作描述所展示的技能都與目標職位息息相關。⑧根據任職要求有針對性地羅列技能，包括語言、計算機技能。張源在簡歷中沒有提到自己的中文水平，比較遺憾。另外提到日語會話能力，增色不少。⑨在與張源溝通后發(fā)現(xiàn)的較有特色的興趣愛好及特長。不具體的愛好和特長不寫，以免在簡歷中留下話柄，面試中將會陷自己于不利的境地。例如，一般人喜歡說自己愛好讀書、旅游、音樂等，假如面試官也是個音樂愛好者，與你攀談起來，就露餡了。張源喜歡彈吉他和跳健美操，曾作為領隊帶領健美操隊在校年度晚會上表演過，這一點使形象更加豐滿。

英文簡歷是使用英文寫的簡歷。英文簡歷(resume)并無固定不變的單一形式，應聘者完全可以根據個人的具體情況來確定采用何種形式，靈活設計。

做英文簡歷可不能按照中文簡歷的要求來寫，因為中文簡歷和英文簡歷無論在基本要求還是企業(yè)要求等方面都是不一樣的。也就是說簡歷的內容以及招聘者的審核標準都是不一樣的，為此做英文簡歷必須重視以下十個問題才行。

不要使用任何簡歷模板，因為根據相關調查得出的結論是使用簡歷模板獲得的機會會大大降低的，因為外企比較看重個人創(chuàng)造力而厭惡那種復制的風氣。

簡歷必須具備專業(yè)性，也就是簡歷里的內容一定要突出重點才行，該寫的寫、有用的寫，沒有用的或者無關的全部扔掉以免影響簡潔度，老外的風格就是簡潔至上而討厭任何多余的東西。

不要出現(xiàn)任何夸張性的東西，因為夸張的語句給人一種很不實在的感覺，對于外國人來說本來就喜歡直白而你卻塑造了一種自吹自擂的印象，外國人能夠對你產生什么好感嗎?他們最厭惡的急是華而不實或者拐彎抹角、油嘴滑舌的人。

不要在簡歷里把政治面貌狀況進行說明，因為政治在外國人眼里不值一文，但是他們卻會顧及你的政治身份，也就是說他們不希望你帶有政治方面的身份以免影響工作。

經歷豐富但是不能什么都說，你可以把正式工作、兼職、實習等具有實踐性的經歷都寫出來，但是和應聘關聯(lián)度不大的經歷是不能出現(xiàn)在簡歷里的，這樣會影響審核簡歷的速度。

不要把你會的軟件全部寫進簡歷，雖然老外對計算機能力比我們更加看重，但是你一定要展現(xiàn)你真正熟悉的軟件以及對工作有幫助的軟件，不要在簡歷里加上所有軟件。

姓名要按照外國標準寫，不要按照香港或者個人喜歡的方式寫，要知道姓名可是留檔的，而不只是在工作當中用下而已。如果姓名不符合標準寫法那么被淘汰的概率很大，連名字都不寫清楚可是令人不能容忍的。

語言一定要準確并且精練，沒有本事弄出復雜的語句就不要弄了，到時候弄得一個句子出現(xiàn)那么多的問題，這樣的語句叫人家怎么看得懂了?還有注意縮寫的情況，一定要遵守標準寫而不能按照個人想法，該縮寫的時候就縮寫，不該縮寫則不要偷懶或者認為可以縮寫。

首先是國外的英文簡歷一般都盡量不寫性別、年齡和種族等涉嫌個人隱私的信息，因為從法律傭工角度，這些信息是涉嫌用工歧視的，招聘單位一旦被訴在招聘中涉及性別歧視、年齡歧視或種族歧視等有違法律條款的行為，是要付出巨額賠償的，因為外國人認為一個應聘人是否符合某個招聘崗位的要求，是取決于應聘人的職業(yè)背景和職業(yè)技能水準，而不是上述信息。但是對在國內的外企，你還是把上述信息、包括你的戶口所在地，都老老實實地加在英文簡歷上吧。咱們不認為這是歧視。

本身是主管， 簡歷 少說也看了幾萬封了，發(fā)現(xiàn)有一些通病是很多人會忽略的，而那些招聘網站或者 簡歷 中心也沒有很專業(yè)的教你怎么寫一封好的英文 簡歷 。

本人比較偏好word版的簡歷，因為目前收到最多的還是模板簡歷，這樣看起來雖然清楚，但是在每天過濾不下100封簡歷的時候，附件中的簡歷還是比較令人期待的。

當然在國內中文簡歷比較重要，但是現(xiàn)在的趨勢就是雙語，有時候中文寫的洋洋灑灑，英文確令人哭笑不得。通常 面試 外企，多少都會有老外 面試 ，一份得體的英文簡歷還是很重要的。

word的好處是有簡歷模式，而且也有簡歷的范本，適合新鮮人使用。

不鼓勵用excel和pdf做簡歷。

英文簡歷用詞

- 結了婚是married, 未婚就是unmarried? 偶爾看到有人寫上single會倍感安慰

- 個性有闖勁，最好還是不要用aggressive，中文感覺還可以但其實英文里這個詞是非常負面的，有暴躁的意思，不是優(yōu)點。用energetic或者spirited比較好

- 英文和中文一樣，標點符號后要空一格，不要所有句子擠在一起

- 很多人喜歡在寫職責范圍的時候寫上be responsible for , 文法上來說是不需要的。這些事情是你已經做過的，直接說 responsible for all outgoing couriers 就可以了

- 英文有很多縮寫，但是在像簡歷這種正式場合還是少用為妙，比如dont可以換成do not，千萬不要用那些wanna, gonna來代替want to, going to

用招聘網站的模板可以比較輕松，不過切忌檢查錯別字，因為模板上的是沒有拼寫檢查的

英文簡歷格式和頁面

- 寫完后一定要去頁面設置去除多余的空白頁面，或者是orphan和widow現(xiàn)象，也就是單句的句子在頁面的最上面，最好是合并到前一頁

- 記得調整字體和大小，有些人的簡歷除了不同顏色以外還用不同字體，就像是在不同網站上粘貼過來的，非常不專業(yè)。

- 簡歷最好不要超過3頁，言語要精簡，最忌諱像論文一樣，但是沒有重點

- word本身帶有拼寫檢查，你這里滿頁都是紅線，我這里看到的也都是紅線

下面這十個毛病可是 簡歷 中不該犯的。對照檢查一下你犯錯了沒有?如果有，要趕快改吧!

1、拷貝別人的 簡歷 格式;

2、個人信息(沒人在乎你單身、結婚、拉提琴還是踢足球);

3、只有事實，沒有表現(xiàn)(responsibilities/accomplishment/yourownrole);

4、不寫日期(只列公司，不列日期);

5、怨恨字眼(leavereason:sexualharassment/firedmefornogoodreason);

6、工作經歷太亂(換行業(yè)太頻繁);

7、非職業(yè)化，不整潔(使用鮮艷的彩色紙/茶杯印);

8、太多不相關經歷(只有你的家人才會關心你大學以前的事情);

9、只有 簡歷 ，沒有coverletter。

10、沒有適當的目標(著急找工作并不表示應該廣種薄收);

八、甲方的責任：

8.2 租賃期內甲方不得收回出租房屋(除非本合同另有規(guī)定)，甲方保證乙方可不受干擾的享用該物業(yè)。

party a shall not repossess the leased property during the term of party a disturb of interfere with party b’s quiet enjoyment of the leased property.

8.3 在乙方遵守本合同的條款及支付租金的前提下，乙方有權于租賃期內拒絕甲方或其他人騷擾而安靜享用出租房屋。

8.4 租賃期內出租房屋的結構，進出物業(yè)的排水、上下管道、電路等處于良好使用狀態(tài)。

九、乙方的責任：

9. 乙方應按合同的規(guī)定，按時支付租金，保證金及其他各項應付費用。

party b shall promptly pay all rent ,security deposit and other charges payable by it in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

9.2 乙方應愛護使用出租房屋，如因乙方的過失或過錯致使房屋設施及屋內用具和飾品受到損壞(正常損耗除外)，乙方應負賠償責任。

paryt b shall treat the leased property with care. if as a result of party b’s negligence or misconduct, the leased property and the related facilities and accessorties suffer any damage(fair wear and tear excepted ),party b shall be reonsible for compensating party a for such damages.

9.3 乙方應按本合同的約定合法使用出租房屋，不得擅自改變使用性質，不應存放中華人民共和國法律下所禁止的危險物品，如因此發(fā)生損害，乙方應承擔全部責任。

9.4 未經甲方事先書面同意，乙方不得將出租房屋轉租或租給其他的第三者。

十、違約處理：

10.2 乙方有下列行為之一的，甲方有權終止本合同，收回出租房屋，并且保證金不予返還;

a.未得甲方書面書面同意，將出租房屋擅自轉租;

sublets the leased property without party a’s written consent;

alters the structure of the leased property or uses the leased property other than for the purpose started herein without party a’s consent;

c.無故拖欠租金超過三天(除雙方就本合同存在爭議除外)。

fails to pay rent without any reason for more than thirty (30)days after the due date except where there is a diute in reect of this agreement.

十一、適用法律：

本合同的成立，其有效性、結實、簽署和解決與其他有關的一切糾紛均應受中國法律的管轄并依據中國法律解釋。

十二、爭議的解決：

一份標準英文合同通?？梢苑譃榍把裕╬reamble）、正文（operative part）、附錄（schedule）及證明部分即結束詞（attestation）四大部分組成。 前言（preamble）由“parties”及“recitals”兩部分組成。

“parties”為必備條款，在很多時候稱為“commencement”即合同的開場白，主要介紹合同各方的名稱或姓名、注冊地及地址、郵編及在合同中的簡稱。當然，并不是所有的合同都要詳細介紹以上諸要素，在許多簡單合同中，只是提一下各方的名稱。
